A Consistent Texture Across Rooms
Our Newport Beach project uses woven wood shades across multiple rooms and window sizes. The gallery shows how a repeated woven texture connects a kitchen window with other openings throughout the home.
When planning your own installation, compare the weave and finish alongside each room's light requirements. A consistent appearance can still allow different coverage or lining choices where privacy needs change.
Plan Corner and Kitchen Windows Individually
Adjacent windows can look coordinated while requiring separate measurements and mounting decisions. The completed Newport Beach gallery includes corner arrangements and a kitchen opening, providing several views of how the shades sit within each space.
During consultation, discuss operating clearance, access to controls and the coverage you want when shades are lowered. Photographs help explain the look you like; measurements establish the fit for your windows.
Consider Other Treatments by Room
Woven wood shades are the treatment documented in this Newport Beach case. Other available choices include custom drapery, Roman shades and roller shades. Compare drapery for flowing fabric panels, Roman shades for tailored folds and roller shades for a compact profile. Fabric opacity and mounting affect privacy and light control, so discuss them alongside appearance.
Plan Your Newport Beach Installation
Begin with your project location, the rooms involved and any treatment preferences. An in-home consultation reviews daylight, privacy and window conditions. Measurement and material selection establish the treatment plan before installation. At installation, mounting, alignment and operation are checked so you can review how the selected treatments open, close and adjust.

Window Treatment Questions in Newport Beach
Can I see a completed Newport Beach installation?
Yes. The project below features woven wood shades across multiple rooms, including kitchen and corner windows. Open the case page for the full gallery and a description of the completed work.
Do woven wood shades provide full privacy?
Privacy varies with the weave and liner selection. Review the sample, room lighting and coverage during consultation. A privacy liner or another treatment layer may be appropriate; the woven appearance alone does not establish privacy.
Can different-sized windows use a coordinated shade style?
Yes. Our Newport Beach project shows coordinated woven wood shades on different window sizes. Each opening still needs its own measurement and mounting review, particularly where windows meet at a corner or sit near cabinetry.
